Outdoor Workshop
If you know the basics of how to operate your camera but would like to take the next step in creating memorable images this workshop is for you.
We will explore techniques such as deep and shallow depth of field, creative use of fast and slow shutter speeds, zooming and moving during an exposure, and using the angle of light to it’s best advantage.
Deadwood’s Historic Main Street and surroundings will be our outdoor classroom as we work with it’s unique architecture, Old West history and mountain setting.
Telephoto lenses, wide angles, tripods and polarizing filters may come in handy throughout the session.
