Motion Abstracts
After spending years learning all the rules, it’s time to break a few. We’ll do some experimenting to see what happens when, for example, you try to hand hold a 2-second exposure. You’ll look at blurry photos in a whole new light.
We will travel up Spearfish Canyon and look for waterfalls to use as our subjects - including Bridal Veil Falls and Spearfish Falls.

Faculty parking lot near Meier Hall at BSHU. Partcipants will drive to Spearfish Canyon in their own vehicles.
Things to bring.
Any number of lenses will work for this. A neutral density filter or a polarizing filter will help contrrol exposure.
