HDR at Home
Indoor Workshop
Once you’ve shot some exposures for High Dynamic Range (HDR) images, what do you do with them? This classroom session will follow a workflow for both grungy artistic imagery and realistic representations of various scenes.
The separate Sunday morning “HDR on the Range” session will provide you with some images to work with in this session, or you can bring HDR sets of photos you’ve already taken. With sets of HDR exposures ready to go on a laptop, you’ll be able to try the processing on your own images and get feedback in the classroom.
Versions of Photoshop previous to CS5 will give varying results, as will other brands of software. This session is primarily geared toward users of Photoshop CS5 HDR Pro and/or Photomatix.
