2011 Black Hills Shootout Registration
  • Please select a session from each of the four time periods.  Select "None selected" if you won't be attending a session in one of the time periods.
  • After selecting your sessions, you will be directed to our PayPal site, where you can pay by credit card or with your PayPal account.  If you wish to pay by check or cash, a downloadable form will be made available.
  • Sessions are subject to changes, cancellations or additions.  We will attempt to contact any registered participants first, to make them aware of any changes and what options they will have to change their registration. 
  • Some sessions will have limited space and will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Full sessions will be marked on the schedule as soon as possible.  In the case of an overbooking of a session, the last registrants will be asked to choose another session.
  • If you register for more than one person, please let us know that persons name either through the PayPal fields or by email so we can make nametags etc...
  • Payments may showup on your credit card as BHPhoto or something similar - it is determined by your credit card company and not us.  Don't confuse us with B&H Photo. 
  • Students will have to provide a student ID to register under the Student fee.

Things covered by the registration fee:
Admission to all workshops for both days.
 
Things not covered by the registration fee:
Lodging.
Food.
Travel to and from sessions.
National Park entrance fees.
State Park entrance fees.  
 
The David Stoecklein lecture is sponsored by the Canon Explorers of Light program and is free and open to the public. 

 

Cancellation Policy
 
Before September 15th:
A $10 handling fee will be
charged for any cancellation.
 
After September 15th:
50% of the registration
fee will be charged for cancellations.
