Thanks to all our guests for their patronage! To express our appreciation for your business, we’re making a change this year in our services to you. We now include linen in the room price! Linen will be provided for each and every one of you and will be placed in your rooms before you arrive. This will free up space in your saddlebags and save you shipping these items ahead of you.

We are also continuing our Loyalty Program. As a reminder, if you’ve stayed with us two or more times in the past, we offer a discount off the cost of the room ($50/room for blocks A and B, $100/room for Block C). You must have made the reservations in your own name, cancellations with refunds don’t count, and you qualify for the discount on your third reservation.

(To save you more money, we take the discount off the cost of the room before we calculate the tax so you aren’t paying extra tax also.) If you qualify for the discount, we have enclosed an additional certificate in this mailing which must be returned with your reservation by February 11, 2011. If you didn’t receive our Loyalty certificate and feel sure you have met the qualifications to receive the discount, please contact our Rally Coordinator. She’ll work with you to determine your eligibility.
