Little Jackets Learning Center Staff & Employment Opportunities

BHSU Little Jackets Learning Center staff are professionals dedicated to providing quality child care in a fun and safe learning environment in which each child can develop at an individual rate to his or her fullest potential. Two full-time employees, the Coordinator and the Assistant Coordinator, four part-time employees, and 16-18 work-study employees staff the Learning Center. All employee are required to attend annual staff training and have current knowledge of first aid practices and are CPR certified.

The Learning Center seeks student workers that want to have fun while gaining valuable work experience for their future career! BHSU Little Jackets will hire students with previous child care experience majoring in Elementary Education, Secondary Education, or Human Relations. Students will work between 10-12 hours per week while attending classes at Black Hills State University.
