Registration Information:  

• The Race is on Sunday, April 14th, 2013
• Registration 9:30 - 10:15 a.m. at Lyle Hare Stadium. 
• Quarter and half-mile races begin at 10:30 a.m. followed by the one-mile walk, 5-K and 10-K run. 
• Map of path taken
• Awards and scholarships will be presented at the registration site immediately following completion of the 5 & 10-K run.

RELEASE OF COVENANT NOT TO SUE

PART I -- to be executed by participant In consideration of The Kevin Whirlwind Horse Memorial Run Committee and Black Hills State University, its sponsors, agents, employees, representatives, and officers, all hereinafter collectively referred to as "Race Sponsors," organizing and conduction the annual Kevin Whirlwind Horse Memorial Run, and allowing me to participate in said Walk/Run. I hereby covenant for myself, my heirs and assigns, not to sue and do forever release and discharge the Race Sponsors of and from any and all claims, demands, rights, and causes of action of whatsoever kind or nature arising from and by reason of any known and unknown and unforeseen bodily injury and personal injuries, damages to property, and the consequence thereof, resulting from my running and/or participating in said Walk/Run. I further I state that am in proper physical condition to participate in the Walk/Run and agree that the Race Sponsors are under no obligation to provide a physical examination or other evidence of my fitness to participate in this Walk/Run with this being my sole obligation. I also give my permission for the free use of my name and picture in any broadcast, telecast or other account of the Walk/Run.
