Tobacco Use

Breathing secondhand smoke – the smoke exhaled by a smoker or mainstream smoke – the smoke from the burning tip of a cigarette is a significant health hazard.

The use of tobacco products of any kind is prohibited anywhere within all BHSU facilities and motor vehicles. Tobacco use is allowed in parking lot areas on the perimeter of campus. Faculty, staff, students and visitors to BHSU are asked to refrain from using tobacco outside of designated areas. See BHSU Tobacco Use Policy and BOR Manual 4:29.
