Mission:

Unify the efforts of BHSU staff, fans, friends and long-term Yellow Jacket supporters to best serve the future needs of BHSU student-athletes.

Membership:

Includes not less than five nor more than twenty-one board of directors made up of alumni and friends of BHSU's athletic department. The president of BHSU, director of university advancement and athletic director are ex-officio members.
