Conduct formal hearings for students who plead "not responsible" to alleged violations of University or Regental Conduct Codes at the informal level. Make recommendations on case disposition to appropriate administrative officials.
- Mike Isaacson
- Student Code of Conduct Administrator
All Formal Reviews are conducted either by an Administrative Hearing Review (a single administrator) or by a Body Hearing Review (a panel of faculty, staff, and students). Decisions are based on “preponderance of evidence” and are subject to support/approval by the Vice President for Student Life. The Vice President for Student Life is the appeal position for the Regents Student Conduct Code.
