The first Research and Grants Meeting of the fall semester will be held Wednesday, Oct. 17 from 12 noon to 1 p.m. in the Young Center Room 213.
These monthly meetings provide an informal avenue for faculty and staff to learn about upcoming funding opportunities, share information about current research and grant projects, discuss potential collaborations with other faculty and staff, and learn more about writing proposals and administering grants and contracts.
Dave Siemens will outline the recently-awarded National Science Foundation S-STEM scholarship program. All interested faculty, staff, and students are invited to attend. For more information, contact the Grants Office at 642-6204.
