BHSU faculty research funds available

The Black Hills Faculty Research Committee has grant money available for the purpose of conducting scholarly research.

The committee is interested in any research designed to extend knowledge, understanding, or appreciation for activities and includes basic and applied investigation, as well as the production of creative works.

Although there are no set limits most grants are funded for amounts from $200 to $2500.

Grant applications are considered throughout the fall and spring semesters. Proposals received by the March 13 deadline will be reviewed at the next meeting.

For information and application materials go to the BHSU home page, then to Faculty, then to Sponsored Programs and finally Faculty Research or click here.

Submit your proposal via e-mail to Dianne Darling. A hard copy with the appropriate signatures should also be sent or delivered to Sponsored Programs, Unit 9504, Woodburn 213, before the deadline.

Contact committee members: Cheryl Anagnopoulos, Dan Bergey, Vincent King, Tim Molseed, Rob Schurrer, David Siemens, Dan Spencer, Chen Wu, and Michelle Hovland, chair, if you need assistance or further instruction.
