The South Dakota Board of Regents is accepting applications for subgrants under the Title II Part A, Improving Teacher Quality program. The purpose of the program is to provide rigorous, sustained professional development for middle- and high-school science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) teachers to improve student outcomes. Applications will be accepted from eligible partnerships comprised of, at minimum, a faculty member from a college of education (a school or college that prepares teachers); a faculty member from a college of arts & sciences (a school or college that prepares STEM majors); and a high-need school district(s).
