If you cannot see the Safe Connect Policy Key icon in the system tray, please take note of the following:

On Windows machines with Windows 2000 or later, you can right-click any blank space on the task bar at the bottom of your screen and select the option "Task Manager". When the Windows Task Manager appears, click the "Processes" tab and look for the process "SCClient.exe". Mac users can confirm via the Activity Monitor (ProcessViewer under 10.2 or before).
