If you are trying to get your OneDrive access to work, please follow these instructions:

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click on "Tools"
  3. Click on "Internet Options".
  4. In the options window click the "Advanced" tab.
  5. Click "Restore Defaults".
  6. Click "Apply" then "OK"
  7. Close Internet Explorer and try again.
