South Dakota Governor Mike Rounds was recently joined by representatives of South Dakota’s public universities and members of the S.D. Board of Regents to commemorate the signing of House Bill 1085. The bill authorizes a $74.5 million state bond issue to finance construction, renovation, and modernization of 11 higher education science facilities and laboratory projects.
