Black Hills State University’s 10th annual Black Hills Research Symposium is currently accepting submissions for this year’s event, which will be held Thursday, April 3 in the David B. Miller Yellow Jacket Student Union Jacket Legacy Room.

The symposium is an interdisciplinary conference that showcases undergraduate research at BHSU.  Each research proposal must be done in collaboration with a faculty mentor.  Submissions are reviewed by an interdisciplinary faculty committee and accepted presentations can be either oral or poster presentations.  Accepted entries are eligible to win awards and cash prizes for their research presentations.

Submissions are due by March 1.  For more information about submitting or attending the event, contact Dr. Pamela Carriveau, BHSU assistant professor of political science, at 642-6006 or PamelaCarriveau@BHSU.edu.
