The Black Hills State University Concert Choir and Chamber Singers will present a spring concert April 21 at 2:30 p.m. in the Clare and Josef Meier Recital Hall.

The BHSU Concert Choir and Chamber Singers, under the direction of Dr. Jonathan Nero, associate professor of music at BHSU, will present a concert of traditional sacred music and American compositions and arrangements. The program includes Renaissance, Romantic and 20th-century Latin motets and arrangements of American hymns, spirituals, and folk songs. The program was chosen in preparation for a performance tour of Italy that the choirs will take in May.

The concert is open to the public at no charge; scholarship donations are welcome. To learn more about the music program at BHSU visit www.BHSU.edu/Music.
