Dr. Judith Haislett, vice president for student life at Black Hills State University, has accepted a position at Eastern New Mexico University.
Haislett will begin as the new vice president for student affairs at Eastern New Mexico University in August.
Haislett thanks BHSU for the opportunity. “The BHSU students and my colleagues will always be close to my heart. I plan to keep in touch and will remain a friend of the university forever,” said Haislett.
Haislett, who has been with BHSU since 1994 when she joined the staff as vice president for student life, has also worked at Clemson University in South Carolina, Wake Forest University in North Carolina, and Rider University in New Jersey.
Haislett received a Ph.D. in counselor education from the University of Virginia, and a master’s in student personnel administration and college counseling, and a bachelor’s in Spanish and modern languages from the University of Delaware.
