The South Dakota Center for Enterprise Opportunity (SD CEO) at Black Hills State University, in collaboration with Regional Health, will present “Vitamin D, Vitamin B, What’s Best for Me – Vitamins and Supplements” as the topic of the next Healthy Bodies/Healthy Business seminar. The first presentation will take place Tuesday, May 29 from noon to 1 p.m. in Spearfish at the Donald E. Young Sports and Fitness Center, room 206, on the BHSU campus. The Rapid City session will be Thursday, May 31 from noon to 1 p.m. in the lower level of the Rapid City Regional Hospital Auxiliary Hospice House, 224 Elk Street.

Seminar topics will include: using vitamins and supplements; deciding on the right vitamins and nutritional supplements; and using supplements when taking prescription medications. Dana Darger, pharmacy director at Rapid City Regional Hospital, will provide information and answer common questions regarding vitamins and supplements during both sessions.

The cost for the Healthy Bodies/Healthy Business sessions is $10 per session. Participants are welcome to bring their own lunch.
