This photo by Aaron Nelson, senior mass communications major from Harrisburg, is currently on display in the Photographer’s Gallery located in the basement of Jonas Hall on the Black Hills State University campus. Nelson is one of seven students displaying work in a group exhibition at the gallery through May 12.

Seven Black Hills State University photography students will be displaying recent work in a group exhibition through May 12 in the Photographers Gallery located in the basement of Jonas Hall on the BHSU campus.

The subject matter is wide-ranging and diverse and there are a variety of photographic mediums represented. Students participating in the exhibition are: Jamie Crowe, junior communication arts major from Black Hawk; Traci Stone, sophomore mass communications major from Spearfish; Leah Cleland, junior mass communications major from Chamberlain; Aaron Nelson, senior mass communications major from Harrisburg; Tara Arsaga, junior mass communications major from Ipswitch; Adam Roosa, sophomore mass communications major from Gillette Wyo.; and Michelle Hall, senior mass communications major from Lead.

The public is invited to attend a reception for the artists Thursday, April 12 from 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. All seven artists will be on hand to answer questions regarding their work.
