A $1,000,000 cash gift from the Dykhouse Family was used to establish the Dykhouse Family Athletic Scholarship Fund and to purchase new scoreboards for the arena in the Young Center. At that time, we had no idea that Craig Katt, Class of ‘75 and Vice President of Sales for A2D3, Atlanta, Ga., would come through with a gift to provide the most technological up-to-date digitalized scoreboards and communication system in the United States. Craig has spent much of the last month personally supervising the installation of this system at his alma mater. With an in-kind gift, BHSU was able to install a $500,000 system for approximately $350,000.
