The Black Hills Teaching Fair will take place April 20 in the Donald E. Young Sports and Fitness Center Field House on the Black Hills State University campus. The event will begin at 9 a.m. and conclude at 2:30 p.m.
BHSU will bring representatives from around the country to meet and evaluate teacher prospects at BHSU. Representatives will come from Alaska, Kansas, North Carolina, Montana, Nebraska, Texas, Washington, Wyoming and various school districts from around the state of South Dakota.
Arlene Holmes, director of the Career Center at BHSU, suggests that students interested in a teaching career are strongly encouraged to attend.
