Members of the Black Hills State University International Student Organization recently served food created from their home recipes as part of Diversity Days. Presentations and free food sampling from cultures around the world were offered to students and the community throughout the week. A few of the cultural cuisines offered were gyros, pasta, tacos, and a taste of Singapore. The International Student Organization at BHSU serves as a cultural exchange and establishes links between international and domestic students to give an understanding of different cultures to the BHSU campus and community.
