Black Hills State University recently announced that three of its College of Business and Technology professors have written articles that have been accepted for publication.

Dr. Dan Spencer, associate professor of business at BHSU, will have his article, “Airport Stops and Flights on Small Airplanes as Inhibitors of Tourism-Related Air Travel: A Case Study,” published in Tourism Management.

Dr. Ron DeBeaumont, chair of the college of business and technology at BHSU, was informed that his article, “Occupational Differences in the Wage Penalty for Obese Women,” will be published in the Journal of Socio-Economics.

Dr. Christian Nsiah, assistant professor of business at BHSU, along with co-authors Bichaka Fayissa and Badassa Tadasse, were notified that their article, “Impact of Tourism on Economic Growth and Development in Africa,” was published in the December issue of Tourism Economics.
