The women’s team will take to the court Saturday at 1:00 p.m. against Rocky Mountain College and the men’s team will host Montana Tech. at 3:00 p.m.  This will be Parents Day for the Yellow Jacket men’s team.

The men’s team is 2-0 to start the season after defeating Dakota Wesleyan University and Mount Marty College. Last year the men finished 16-14 and reached the Dakota Athletic Conference (DAC) semi-finals. With five upperclassmen returning for the 2008-09 season looks even better for the Yellow Jackets.

The women’s team has started the season with a 3-1 record falling only to Mount Marty College. Last season the women’s team won the DAC championship and reached the elite eight in the NAIA national tournament. The women’s is very talented and young with only five juniors and no seniors on this year’s team; the future looks optimistic.
