The open house to showcase Black Hills State University’s federal government documents will be held Thursday, Nov. 20 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the third floor of the E.Y. Berry Library Learning Center. This event was rescheduled after being cancelled Thursday, Nov. 6 due to weather conditions.

The open house will recognize the library’s 66th year as a participant of the Federal Depository Library Program (FDLP). The FDLP was established by Congress to ensure that the American public has access to Government information. The FDLP provides Government information at no cost to designated depository libraries throughout the country and territories. These depository libraries, in turn, provide local, no-fee access to Government information in an impartial environment with professional assistance.
