Joseph Kissack, junior Black Hills State University music major from Moorcroft, Wyo., received a $600 scholarship from Lori Miller, co-owner of High Plains Booking. The booking agency raised money through the Performers Gallery of guitarists and folk singers this fall to help a college guitar student with tuition costs. The company is owned by Lori Miller and Gordy Pratt.
