Sunwhi Kim assistant professor of physical education at Black Hills State University, had a poster session accepted for the 29th annual North American Society for the Sociology of Sport (NASSS) conference to be held in November at the Curtis Hotel in Denver, Colo.
 Kim’s poster session is titled “Korean Immigrants’ Major Immigration Related Changes: Level of Involvement in Physical Activity Participation and Preference.”
 The theme for this year’s NASSS conference is “Sport and Peace/Social (In) Justice.” This year’s conference will focus on how sport influences social justice and local and global peace. Topics will include sport, aging and social justice, reform movements in college sport, and gender, race and sport intersections.
