Spearfish, S.D. – The Black Hills State University Athletic Department will be holding a “Swarm Session” at Buffalo Wild Wings in Rapid City on Tuesday night at 7 p.m.  The event is open to the public and there is no cost to attend.

“The ‘Swarm Sessions’ are a great way for our alumni, boosters, and fans around the region to get to know more about what was happening in Yellow Jacket Athletics,” said athletic director Jhett Albers.  “Anyone who is interested in, or wants to know more about Black Hills State athletics is welcome to attend.”

The social will feature coaches from the sports that are in season talking about what is happening in their respective programs.

Following the “Swarm Session” this Tuesday will be a special contest between Black Hills State and S.D. School of Mines.  The “Wing Master Challenge” presented by Buffalo Wild Wings features teams from the two universities competing in a number of contests ranging from a wing eating competition to an obstacle course.  The contest is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m.
