Dickinson, N.D. – The Black Hills State volleyball team was defeated by Montana State-Northern and lost to Bemidji State on the final day of the Dickinson Triangular in Dickinson, N.D.

The Yellow Jackets fell to Montana State-Northern in the first match of the day by scores of 25-21, 25-15 and 25-20.  Bemidji State knocked off Black Hills State by scores of 25-21, 25-15 and 25-20.

“We still need to get more consistent with our play,” said head coach Jennifer Weitzel.  “Our team is starting to come together.  We just need to continue to grow and mature as a team.”

Black Hills State will return to action on Sept. 10-11 at the Hastings Tournament in Hastings, Neb.
