The Yellow Jackets hosted Jamestown College in the DAC Semifinals last night looking to erase a loss a week ago in Jamestown. Entering the game the Yellow Jackets were 23-6 and ranked #10 in the NAIA.
In the first half, BHSU shot 37% from the field compared to Jamestown’s 50% as the Jimmies took a halftime lead into the locker room 30-26. In the second half, the Yellow Jackets held the Jimmies under 35% shooting from the field. BHSU also forced 24 turnovers on the evening to cruise to a 55-48 win over Jamestown College. The Yellow Jackets were led by freshman Piggy Pili with 12 points. Freshman Keely Krolikowski added 11 points.
The 24-6 Yellow Jackets will now travel to Dickinson State University for the DAC Championship this Sunday. Please check the schedule for exact game times.
