Kylee Lamb a senior at Sully Buttes High School as signed a letter of intent to play volleyball at Black Hills State University beginning in the fall of 2009.  “Kylee is one of the top athletes in the state of South Dakota and we are very excited to have her join our program,” said Head Coach Jhett Albers. 

Kylee has received many honors over her four years in Onida.  In volleyball she has been a three-time 1st Team All-State selection, All-Tournament team for two years, and All-Conference for three years.  Along with her accomplishments in volleyball, Kylee has excelled in basketball and track & field as well.  She was 2nd Team All-State, named to the All-Tournament team, All-Conference, and was a key component to Sully Buttes winning the Class B State Championship for two years in basketball.  Lamb has also been a state track & field qualifier for five years.

“Kylee will be perfect fit both academically and athletically. She will have an immediate positive impact for our program.  Our staff is very excited to have the opportunity to coach Kylee for the next four years,” added Coach Albers.  Kylee will join Amy O’Neill for the 2009 freshman class.  O’Neill signed earlier this year.
