New process for receiving your financial aid must complete the attendance confirmation on Web Advisor by January 2nd in order not to delay your refund.

Also, are you registered for all your classes?  If not, please stop in Woodburn Hall if you need assistance with this process.

Financial aid which has all paperwork complete will be applied/transmitted to student bills January 1st.   

If you are receiving a refund check it can either be direct deposited or will be mailedto the address you list on your Attendance Confirmation(estimated date of checks being direct deposited or mailed is January 6th).   Direct deposit  -- to go Web Advisor to sign upif you have not already done so.

Watch your Current Activity on SDePay /Web Advisor for financial aid paymentsto your bill. If you have financial aid remaining after January 2nd, you must contact Student Financial Services; you may qualify for a deferment for the funds that are outstanding.  Learn more by going to Financial Aid Process for 2012SP
            Check your BH email account for important emails.  And make sure you check Current Activity on Web Advisor to make sure your bill is paid in full.  Adding and dropping classes after you have received your refund could cause you to owe a bill as your refund check could have been cut prior to your adding and dropping.  Good rule of thumb: check on your current activity account at least once a week, and especially after the last day to add a class.
