This a reminder that the Black Hills State University Chiesman Endowment has grant money available for faculty research. The research must be in the areas of democracy, civic education, law-related education, or the promotion of democratic principles and ideals. The endowment will award up to $6,000 to a faculty member, or it may be split among faculty members.
The committee will review the applications on February 6.
Visit the Chiesman web page for more details. It is under Research/Grants & Special Projects. (Note the deadline has changed from the date listed on the web page. Please have your application to Sharon Hemmingson as early as possible before the Feb 6 date.)
If you have any questions, please contact David Wolff.
