The Yellow Jackets were led this past weekend with a strong showing by senior Trent Waage from Aberdeen, South Dakota by winning the marathon with a time of 2:28:27.00.  Junior thrower Jason Boeding from Caputa, South Dakota placed fifth in the hammer throw with a toss of 178-00. 

Douglas High School standout thrower, Chandlor Mikkonen, has signed a letter of intent with the Black Hills State University Track & Field program.  Click below for more details. 

Hayden Bales has recently signed a National Letter of Intent at Black Hills State University beginning in the fall of 2009 to compete in track & field.  Hayden is currently a senior at Cody High School in Cody, Wyoming. Click above to view article.
