Friday the Yellow Jackets will travel to Minot, North Dakota to play in their first conference game of the season. Minot State University is under the direction of a brand new coaching staff this season.

Head Coach Scott Walkinshaw knew going into the race that the Yellow Jackets had their work cut out for them as they toed the line against the top rated Division II squads from Adams State, and the Division I Rams from Colorado State.

This past weekend the women's golf team traveled to Jamestown, North Dakota for the Jamestown Invitational Golf Tournament. The Yellow Jackets finished 2nd behind Dickinson State University. They were led by Anne Langdell with a score of 89. They Yellow Jackets will be action again this weekend as they travel to Minot, North Dakota for the Minot State University Invitational. This past Saturday was a big weekend for the Yellow Jacket football team as they entered the game 0-2. Valley City State University visited Spearfish on Saturday who the Yellow Jackets will play two times this year.
