Viken discusses need to look at history in understanding cultural differences

Viken spoke on race and prejudice during a recent presentation at Black Hills State University.
Alumni art show currently on display at BHSU
Wednesday, October 16, 2013 The Black Hills State University annual alumni art show is currently on display through Friday, Oct. 25 in the Ruddell Gallery, located in the David B. Miller Yellow Jacket Student Union. The event which features the artistic talents of University graduates is the longest ongoing exhibit at BHSU.

Black Hills State University recently awarded Robert Smith, elementary education major from Beulah, the $500 Jacket Ride Scholarship.Funds for the scholarship came from the first-ever Jacket Ride held during this summer’s Sturgis Rally.
