Wyoming, Montana, & Colorado Students

Black Hills State University is now offering in-state tuition for Wyoming, Colorado, and Montana residents. See how your credits transfer.

Transfer Admission Requirements

Transfer students with 24 or more credit hours are eligible for admission if they:

  • Have a cumulative college grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 or higher.
  • Are in good standing with the most recently attended college or university (high school performance will also be considered for applicants with less than 24 credit hours).

ACT or SAT scores are only required if the applicant is under 22 years of age.
