College of Arts and SciencesThe College of Arts and Sciences provides students with the opportunity to acquire a broad liberal education in the areas of fine and applied arts, humanities, mathematics, natural sciences, and social sciences. The college’s mission is to ensure that challenging academic majors and minors are offered in the various disciplines of the college to help prepare students for their future careers.

 

 

College of Business & Technology

The College of Business and Technology offers a wide range of academic programs, from Accounting and Management to Industrial Technology and Tourism and Hospitality. Opportunities are provided for all students to gain leadership skills through involvement with student organizations and to gain practical experiences through internships in business and industry. Faculty members are committed to excellence in teaching and are engaged in scholarly and grant activities.

The College of Education is proud to be the largest teacher education program in the state of South Dakota. The placement rate of teacher-education graduates employed in education fields is over 90 percent.
