Thank you for your interest in visiting the Teacher Learning Center at West Elementary School, Spearfish, South Dakota.  In order to register for an opportunity to observe a classroom, we ask the following:

1. Please review the calendar to ensure that there are no scheduling conflicts that day. 
2. Fill out a registration form and submit online.  The registration helps us prevent conflicts in the use of the Center and to track who is using the facility.
3. After completing registration form and submitting it, you will receive a confirmation of your request by email. If for any reason we cannot grant your request or need to cancel your visit, we will contact you as soon as possible.  If you want to speak with someone directly about the availability of the Center, call Sue McGrath at 605-717-1205. 
4. When you come to West Elementary School to observe in the center, each person viewing the 1st and 2nd grade classrooms will need to complete the Confidentiality Agreement form. You can prepare for your visit by having everyone in your party complete the form before coming. The agreement needs to be renewed each semester.
