Preregistration fee is $15 (includes a t-shirt while supplies last). Preregistration runs until Sept. 29th. After that the registration fee is $20 and participants can register on race day. Please make checks payable to BHSU SIFE and all proceeds will go the the Business Leadership Scholarship here at BHSU.
RELEASE OF COVENANT NOT TO SUE
PART I -- to be executed by participant In consideration of BHSU SIFE and Black Hills State University, its sponsors, agents, employees, representatives, and officers, organizing and conduction the annual BHSU SIFE. I hereby covenant for myself, my heirs and assigns, not to sue and do forever release and discharge the Race Sponsors of and from any and all claims, demands, rights, and causes of action of whatsoever kind or nature arising from and by reason of any known and unknown and unforeseen bodily injury and personal injuries, damages to property, and the consequence thereof, resulting from my running and/or participating in said Walk/Run. I further I state that am in proper physical condition to participate in the Walk/Run and agree that the Race Sponsors are under no obligation to provide a physical examination or other evidence of my fitness to participate in this Walk/Run with this being my sole obligation. I also give my permission for the free use of my name and picture in any broadcast, telecast or other account of the Walk/Run.
