 Students registering in this course will participate in an intensive second language program of their choice in a country where the target language is spoken. The program must include both daily classroom contact with a language instructor and home stay with a host family. One hour of university credit corresponds to fifteen contact hours of classroom language instruction. Upon return, students must submit verification of study for a grade of P/F. A plan of study must be pre-approved by the School of Art and Humanities. This course requires permission of the Instructor and/or College Chair. (1-6cr.)
