Affiliated programs with BHSU study abroad

An affiliate is essentially a third party provider for study abroad participants. They provide a variety of services, but program costs and services vary by provider and country. Literature on most of the following programs is available at the Office of International Studies located in Woodburn Hall Student Success Center, Room 129, just across from Residence Life. As usual, however, the most current information is available on the providers’ websites through the provided links.

American Institute for Foreign Study (AIFS)

AIFS offers a wide range of unique study abroad programs in Asia, Australia, Europe, Africa and the Americas, plus multi-country traveling programs throughout western Europe. Programs are all inclusive and stated in U.S. dollars. Each year, more than $600,000 in scholarships and grants is awarded to deserving students. Funds are available for both summer and semester programs.

International Studies Abroad (ISA)

ISA provides college students in the United States and Canada the opportunity to explore the world. ISA offers a wide variety of study abroad programs at accredited schools and universities in Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, England, France, India, Ireland, Italy, Jordan, Morocco, Northern Ireland, Panama, Peru, South Korea, and Spain. ISA awards over $600,000 in grants and scholarships to participating students each year.

Royal Holloway University of London (RHUL)

RHUL has designed programs to allow overseas students to study at Royal Holloway for a period of time ranging from 12 to 38 weeks through three flexible study options; students can choose to study abroad at Royal Holloway for the autumn semester, spring and summer semester or the whole academic year. Students can choose from over 600 courses across our eighteen departments, in subject areas including classical and contemporary English literature, film and television studies, drama and theatre, modern and ancient history, international relations, psychology, biological and environmental sciences, management and economics
