You may order a transcript by mail or fax. Your request should include your full name, address, the approximate dates you attended BHSU, your student ID number or SSN, the address where you would like the transcript mailed, and your signature. Official transcripts are $5.00 per copy. If you are asking for more than one copy per request, additional transcripts are $2.50 each. Please remit payment with your request. Checks should be made payable to Black Hills State University. If you are faxing your request, please make payment by including your credit card number and the expiration date.
