BS = Bachelor of Science BSED = Bachelor of Science Education AA/AS = Associate DegreesGeneral Education Requirements
Bachelor of Science (BS) majors, with the exception of composite majors require a minor as part of the graduation requirements. You can not select a teaching minor with a BS major. Bachelor of Science Education (BSED) majors do not require students to complete a minor but having one may make you more marketable in the teaching profession. The years listed in the titles are the catalog year for which that minor is valid.
