Carol Thomas coordinates testing and student services for BHSU - RC. She is located in room 309 of the Classroom Building at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Carol assists students who need to make up tests. She is also the contact person for students with special needs.

Kathy Jones

Kathy Jones is BHSU – RC’s admissions officer and student advisor. She is located in room 12 of the HEC. Kathy assists students with the admissions process and advises students regarding BHSU policies and procedures, general education requirements, and the best plan of study for majors offered in Rapid City.

Kay Jones

Kay Jones is BHSU – RC’s front desk secretary. She is located in the lobby of the HEC. She is the first point of contact for those wanting to talk to a BHSU reprsentative. In addition to serving as the BHSU receptionist, she also maintains student records for those students taking classes in Rapid City.

Kristy Engle

Kristy Engle is BHSU – RC’s secretary. She provides assistance to students and faculty alike. Kristy manages the financial side of BHSU - RC. She also serves as a first point of contact for faculty who teach in Rapid City. She is located in room 3 of the HEC.

Eileen French

Eileen French is the receptionist at the Higher Education Center (HEC). As the building receptionist, she works for all of the universities in the HEC.  Eileen is the first point of contact for all who visit the center.
