What is your major and why did you choose this specific major? Business-Entrepreneurial Studies. I want to open my own business; fine dining restaurant.
What has been your experience in your major? Kitchen manager at a Bible ranch camp and 2 1/2 years as a supervisor at Culver's.
What was your favorite business course at BHSU and why? Small Business Management. It is relevant to my personal business.
What do you like most about BHSU and the School of Business? The small campus and classes. It is more personal and relational.
What activities are you involved in here at Black Hills State University? Campus Ventures, ROTC, Concert Choir, and Jazz Ensemble.
In what way do you feel BHSU has best prepared you for your future career? It has given me tools and skills to use in real-life situations for the future.
Where do you see your career in 10 years? I see myself either working in fine dining or in the process of opening my own restaurant.

Business Administration specialized in Entrepreneurship, Economics and Finance, and Management.
What was your favorite business course at BHSU and why? Entrepreneurship I & II. I enjoyed Dr. Schallenkamp as a professor. He really makes class interesting.
What do you like most about BHSU and the School of Business? The small environment where you can get the one-on-one with all the professors.
