Official debate even hosted by the Black Hills Collegiate Forensics Union at National American University (Rapid City, SD). Two experts from the Rapid City community will debate whether or not America should adopt a balanced budget ammendment.

Debate Competition with South Dakota School of Mines & Technology at BHSU (3rd floor classrooms in Jonas Hall) from 11:00-5:30 PM.
