Art curriculum
stresses the following objectives:
- To meet the needs of those who are preparing to be teachers.
- To provide the opportunity for students to pursue a professional course of study in Visual Arts.
- To provide cultural experiences to students to develop an appreciation for art.
Note to Students - All graduating senior art majors are required to organize and present an exhibit of their artwork. The art faculty may, at their discretion, select one work produced by a graduating art student for the department’s permanent collection.
